If external programs not officially provided by the game (such as, but not limited to macros, hacks, or modified apps) are used, access to the game may be restricted in accordance with the Operational Policy.

Unauthorized programs are external applications that are not officially provided by the game.
If you discover a user suspected of using abnormal or unauthorized programs, please submit a report through the Customer Support 1:1 inquiry, including a detailed description of the situation along with screenshots or video evidence.
