[Purchase] I made a purchase but did not receive the item.

If the purchase you made was not applied directly to your account, please check your Bag inventory. Some purchased items may be stored in your Bag Inventory, under the "Use" tab section.
Due to network conditions or system issues, there may be cases where purchased items are not delivered immediately.
If the items you purchased are still available, please follow the steps below in order to check whether the item is delivered properly afterwards.
[How to Receive Undelivered Items]
1. Completely close and relaunch the <ABYSSDIA> app
2. After entering the game, wait for a short period of time.
If you still did not receive the purchased items after following the steps above, please contact Customer Support via 1:1 inquiry.
