[Account] I want to recover a lost guest account

Guest accounts are saved without being linked, so data may be lost if you change devices or delete the app.
If the conditions below are met, we can provide one-time recovery support.
■ Recovery Criteria
- Guest account recovery is available once per account only.
- Recovery may not be possible if it is difficult to verify the information of the requested account.
- Any character created on a new account will be deleted upon recovery, and the data will be overwritten with the original guest account data.
- Recovery may not be possible depending on game history retention status.
- Deleted accoutns cannot be recovered.
■ Recovery Procedure
1. On the same device that was used to create the lost account, please create a new character.
2. Link the newly created account to one of the following platforms: 
- Google / Apple / LINE (choose one)
3. Submit a 1:1 Customer Support inquiry with the information filled out according to the form below:

※After recovery is completed, the characters and play data created on the new account cannot be used.
※The recovered original account data will overwrite the new account, and you will be able to continue playing with the recovered account.
