[Technical] Troubleshooting Game Performance Issues

If the game does not run smoothly or you experience slow performance, please check the following.
※ First, please make sure your network connection is stable. If the issue persists, refer to the methods below.
※ If your account is not linked, there is a risk of data loss, so please make sure to link your account before proceeding.
[Close Background Apps]
1. Android (AOS) devices: From the menu button next to the Home button, close all apps except <ABYSSDIA>.
2. iOS devices: For devices with a Home button, double-tap the Home button. For devices without a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app switcher. Then close all apps except <ABYSSDIA>.
[Reinstalling the Game]
※ If you reinstall the game while using a guest account, your account may be deleted. Please make sure your account is linked before proceeding.
1. Delete the <ABYSSDIA> app from your device.
2. Reinstall the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, please submit a 1:1 inquiry to Customer Support with a detailed description of the problem.
