[Technical] The game screen is frozen

If the screen freezes during gameplay, please exit the game and reconnect.
If the same issue continues to occur, please completely delete the game application and reinstall it.
※ If you are using a guest account, there is a risk of data loss. Please make sure to link your account before proceeding.
[How to Reinstall the Game on Android Devices]
1. Go to [Settings] on your device.
2. Select the <ABYSSDIA> app under [Applications] and delete it.
3. Download and reinstall the <ABYSSDIA> app from the Google Play Store.
[How to Reinstall the Game on iOS Devices]
1. On the Home screen, press and hold the <ABYSSDIA> app icon.
2. Select [Remove App] to delete the app.
3. Download and reinstall the <ABYSSDIA> app from the App Store.
※ If necessary, go to [Settings] → [Safari] → [Clear History and Website Data], then reinstall the <ABYSSDIA> app.
