Attention Commander!

 

A New Season has arrived! With it comes the Chemist, a new Battle Pass, balance adjustments, UI Improvements, and numerous bug fixes.

Replays before 1.1.44 are incompatible with this release

 

New Features

The Chemist Battle Pass comes with new rewards and improvements

Alliance Commander will automatically shift to the next highest-ranked player if the Commander has not logged in for 30 days

Alliance Commanders can now transfer ownership to another member via the Manage Members menu

 

UI Improvements

Improved the performance of the UI

Added new transition animations for most Full-Screen menus

Added Descriptive Tooltips to Currency Fanfare Rewards

Updated Army Color graphic

Changed Victory/Defeat text at the end of the battle to "Score"

Updated Battle Pass Menu

Base Themes and Army Color can be previewed in the Battle Pass by tapping on them

Added "Limited Availability" icon and Tooltip to item info popups

 

Balance Adjustments

The difficulty spike in late-game progression will be heavily reduced

Adjusted scaling for nearly all content to reduce power discrepancy at high power levels

 

Infinite Rounds was performing too well on single-shot Units

Infinite Rounds

  • Infinite Rounds rounds down now
  • Rocketeer, Riot, and Grenadier can no longer use Infinite Rounds
  • Probability scaling 0.2 -> 0.1
  • Fill Percentage scaling 0.1 -> 0.05

 

The Sharpshooter defending capabilities and damage output has been reduced to be more in line with other Units

Sharpshooter

  • Reduced Sandbag Spawns by 1-2 depending on Tent level
  • Base Tent Spawn Cooldown 30 -> 34
  • Base Damage 88 -> 50

 

The Riot's overwhelming defending capabilities have been reduced

Riot

  • Base Tent Spawn Cooldown 30 -> 40
  • Reduced Sandbag Spawns by 1-2 depending on Tent level
  • Battle Spawn Cooldown 4 -> 5
  • Toxic Resist -100% -> -200%
  • Reduced Riot Base Move Speed 4.08 -> 3.84

 

The Colonel will no longer target Assault Units with his Ability

Colonel

  • Base Tent Spawn cooldown 30 -> 36
  • Removed Assault Units from Colonel Ability Targets

 

Sergeant

  • Battle Spawn Cooldown 20 -> 16

 

It will be more difficult to instantly kill Transport Trucks with traps

Transport Truck

  • Transport Truck now stops due to proximity to Mortars
  • Increased Transport Truck Fire Resistance -100% -> 20%
  • Increased Transport Truck Explosive Resistance -100% -> 0%

 

Made Iron Lungs prevent Poison Status

Reduced Armored Car miss cone radius

Units reload before moving less often

 

Matchmaking Changes

Removed "Dev Bases" from matchmaking at higher levels

Improved matchmaking logic for fairer matches

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that was making it so the player's units never got staggered
  • Fixed the Sergeant's ability text changing when equipping certain Equipment (The Equipment was never actually modifying the Aura stats)
  • Improved Battle Pass reward claiming to obtain items properly
  • Fixed Battle Pass "Claim All" safe collection and rewards summaries being incorrect
  • Fixed device Back Button selecting the "Claim All" option when used on the "Claim All" confirmation dialog for Quests and/or Battle Pass rewards
  • Fixed Mission progress bars starting at the wrong fill level
  • Fixed multiple transparent rewards being shown on completed Missions
  • Fixed "Survive X Waves" Missions
  • Fixed Replays giving progress towards Missions to play Challenge game modes
  • Fixed case where some battles disappeared from the Battle History of the attacker
  • Fixed issue where Gold and Munitions gained from Challenge Game Modes would not be displayed in the Battle History UI
  • Fixed an issue with reward value calculations
  • Fixed Alliance Management member ordering
  • Fixed Alliance Withdrawal message appearing when logging out of an account and logging in with a different one
  • Fixed leagues showing outdated information after changing users
  • Fixed Menu Transitions being improperly timed, resulting in overlapping UI
  • Fixed breaking down Equipment when accessed from the Loadout menu creating an incorrect UI state
  • Fixed breaking down equipment from the "Edit Equipment" menu not immediately updating the "Edit Equipment" menu equipment amounts
  • Fixed Resource Communication tooltip appearing at the beginning of Raids
  • Fixed Resource Communication tooltip having incorrect opening/closing transitions
  • Fixed being unable to close the Resource Communication tooltip early by tapping anywhere else
  • Fixed Alliance Global Percentages not always updating
  • Fixed percentage values being consistently 1 category lower than they were supposed to be
  • Fixed multiple Alliance Leaderboard rewards displaying incorrect rewards
  • Rally flag now snaps to the nearest area that Units can reach
  • Fixed Units getting stuck after using a combination of Rally Flag and Focus Fire
  • When using Focus Fire, limited ranged Units like the Flamer will now attack targets along the way instead of trying to run past them
  • Fixed a bug that could make Focus Fire end prematurely
  • Fixed rare cases where players might gain or lose Veterans when managing their Veteran Roster, often resulting in Veterans exceeding the max number allowed
  • Fixed using Focus Fire in an area with no targets ending an existing Focus Fire
  • Fixed Armored Car failing to target rotated Commander Ability Traps
  • Fixed the Armored Car doing reduced damage to Walls when using its Ability
  • Fixed Battle HIstory results showing incorrect data when Replay Data is missing
  • Fixed Medal count for Units displaying inaccurate values when swapping profiles
  • The Community Challenge Bonus Objective rewards will now be displayed in reward fanfares
  • Fixed Surgeon not running to heal wounded targets
  • Fixed Radio Tower + Body Armor causing Units to become fully healed whenever entering/exiting the Radio Tower radius
  • Fixed an issue where the player could get stuck in Ability Target UI if the game was paused while targeting a Vehicle Ability
  • Fixed Command Center level requirements not being applied to Commander Ability upgrades
  • Fixed an issue where Replays would not playback correctly after hiding the HUD
  • Fixed Veteran preview appearing after watching Replays
  • Fixed Rewards fanfare not always showing all rewards if many Reward Tabs existed
  • Fixed an issue with the Riot's sprint to frontline passive ability
  • Fixed Store items that were incorrectly being hidden when the player had 0 quantity of the required currency
