Dear Commanders,

We wanted to clear up some confusion surrounding the recent Balance Adjustments. In trying to solve a difficulty spike for late-game progression, we had to adjust some of the scalings at higher levels.

Towards the higher levels of gameplay, Units/Vehicles/Structures/CAs were all being scaled much higher past level 12. This resulted in huge differences in stats between small level increments, which caused a difficulty spike when facing opponents with content only 1 level higher.

This also affected other aspects of the game, such as Legendary Units scaling too much. With the scaling changes, Legendary Units and Vehicles get a tiny reduction in scaling across all levels, while none of the other content changes below level 12. We have reduced the scaling past level 12 to be the same bonus of 0.015 on top of the normal scaling for all rarity of content for a more balanced and enjoyable gaming experience.

We are expecting that a majority of the changes will not affect players within the same level, or players at or below level 12. However, these changes will make a big impact on high-level players who were struggling to compete against opponents that were only a level or two above with their Units/Structures.
