# Transfer of Services and Personal Data

◈ Development/Service Provider(Controller of personl data) Change

- This includes the transition of GUNS UP! Mobile’s service provider from "NHN Bigfoot Corp." to “NHN corp.”.

- All game and personal data held by NHN Bigfoot, service-related usage records, and all rights and obligations under contract with NHN Bigfoot will be transferred over from NHN Bigfoot to NHN Corp. during this change.

◈ Notes on Transfer of Service and Right to object

- All game data and information (Officers, items, resources, etc.) you have will be transferred, and you will still be able to play the game just the same as before!

- You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

- If you would like your game and personal data to NOT be transferred, you can object to the transfer through our customer support or through the procedure below before the transfer date.

PLEASE NOTE: This process will delete all of your GUNS UP! Mobile game information and account data, and account recovery will not be possible afterwards, so please be mindful!

◈ Legal basis for the data transfer

We process your personal data for our legitimate interest (fulfilling the contractual conditions from the contract with NHN Corp.), the necessity of such processing in order for us to perform under a contract with you, and our legal obligation to process your information.
