[Priority Issues]

We are actively investigating the root cause of intermittent crashes and freezing issues reported by users. To address these concerns, our team has explored alternative temporary solutions, such as modifying the item consumption logic to prevent resource loss during crashes. However, we encountered technical challenges during the implementation of these changes.

While progress has taken longer than anticipated, resolving these issues remains a top priority. We are dedicating the necessary resources to ensure a comprehensive and effective solution. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to address this matter.

[Battle Pass Reward Improvement]

In our previous developer note, we mentioned upcoming changes to the Battle Pass rewards. These changes include doubling the amount of materials earned in the "Free" and "Premium" milestone reward sections. Additionally, we have replaced the random Legendary Medal with Universal Medals and added Equipment Reconstructors to the "Premium" milestone reward section.

We will continue to monitor these changes and evaluate further improvements in the future.

[Equipment Reconstructor]

We’ve noticed some users mention that the cost of the Equipment Reconstructor was too high. The reason for the higher cost of this resource is due to the current system and the cost of obtaining Equipment, as well as the cost of materials used to unlock substat slots. As such, we valued this resource at this price with consideration to how the item functions.

We will also continue monitoring this resource and make necessary adjustments if needed.

[Unauthorized Third-Party Software Usage]

We would like to remind you that the usage of any software that provides an unfair advantage is continuously monitored. To ensure that everyone can continue to enjoy GUM fairly, we’ve updated our detection tool and made further improvements to our monitoring systems.

Again, we strongly advise against the use of any kind of unauthorized software so we can all enjoy GUM together.

Update 1.32.0 brings featured and new content. Battle Pass 32 arrives with new Limited-Time Equipment Silver Lighter (Mercenary) and the return of Refined Fuel Mix (Flamer)!

[Seasonal Crate]

Featuring the Mercenary, Sergeant, Sniper, and Flamer.

[Seasonal Equipment Crate]

Features Silver Lighter and Refined Fuel Mix:

Silver Lighter - This Equipment increases the Mercenary’s Maximum Health and Reload Speed.

Refined Fuel Mix - This Equipment increases the Flamer’s Maximum Health and Reload Speed.

[Mercenary’s Unit Trials Event]

This event will showcase the Mercenary unit giving players the chance to try the unit out!
A one-time reward can be earned for completing this event.

[Alliance Modifiers]

An Epic Season - During Alliance battles, Epic units do 20% more damage and are 15% cheaper.
Season of the Raven - During Alliance battles, the Raven squad’s health is increased by 20% and has a reduced cooldown of 15%.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed the error when releasing the Equipment from the Radio Tower that is equipped with other Units.
- Fixed the permission pop-up when entering the Help & Support menu on Android devices.

Known Issues

- Units freeze intermittently during gameplay on some Android devices. Current top priority fix, more information will be available soon.

- There is no shootdown sound of an anti-air gun above level 19.

- When receiving battle buff(except resource buff) from level-up or event shops while the maximum cap is reached the exceeded reward will not be sent to the mailbox. 

- When placing a mortar that is level 19 and above, the effect range is displayed in a red outline

- In Prison Break mode, the effect will not be applied even if the Javelineer is equipped with specified equipment

- The Dark Harvest buff is not applied in Raid mode

- When entering Community Challenge using Double challenge buff, only 40 Gems are consumed

- After getting approval to join the alliance, the menu screen will overlap when entering the friendly raid.

- The crate opening effect doesn’t display when opening multiple Seasonal Crates. In the event this issue is experienced, you can view the rewards earned by going to "Reward History", which can be found in the settings menu.
