Dear Commanders,

Thank you for your continued support and passion for Guns Up! Mobile, which has been available since its global launch in April 2022.

After careful consideration and extensive discussions on long-term planning, we have made the difficult decision to conclude the service at the end of May 2026.

Despite our efforts to sustain and improve the game, we have faced ongoing business performance challenges.
As a result, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the level of operational stability and content quality that we believe our Commanders deserve.

Rather than gradually reducing support or compromising the overall player experience, we believe that providing clear communication and a well-structured service conclusion is the most responsible course of action.

This decision was made with great care, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this announcement may cause.

Service Termination Schedule      

To ensure transparency and allow Commanders to enjoy the game through its final phase, the following schedule will apply:

• End of February 2026 - Final update, including multiple Battle Passes (War Bonds), Base Layouts, and Unit Masteries.

• End of April 2026 - Termination of all in-app purchases.

• End of May 2026 - Server shutdown and official end of service.

End-of-Service Support Plan

Throughout the remaining service period, our primary focus will be on delivering a positive and rewarding experience for all Commanders.
Planned adjustments include:

• Expanding access to previously limited content

• Accelerating player progression through increased rewards and reduced costs

• Improving acquisition rates for high-tier content

• Reducing timers and restrictions that limit gameplay flow

These measures are intended to allow players to experience a wider range of the game’s content while preparing for the service conclusion.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all Commanders who have supported Guns Up! Mobile. The passion and creativity of our community have been instrumental in shaping the game, and we are deeply thankful for the time and enthusiasm you have shared with us.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition period and remain committed to clear and transparent communication until the service concludes.
